FAQ: How do I change incident frequency rates from 1m to 200,000?

You can choose to report on incident frequency rates based on 1 million hours or 200,000 hours.

Under Management Reports, select “12 Month Rolling”, then “New Record.” You can choose between 1 million or 200,000 by making your selection under “FR Factor.” By default, this is set to 1 million.
