In the Form Editor, added an ‘archive’ and ‘restore’ option for the values associated with the following field types. Vales can be archived if not required and archived values restored to be made active again.

- A new hierarchy type has been added for external users such as Contractors. When an external user is logged in, only the external hierarchy applicable to their company will be visible to them. All internal hierarchy types will be visible to internal users. This was done to resolve an issue where internal users internal users with hierarchy access restrictions were unable to see Contractor Management records.

For linked records, if the date filter field is set to the parent date field, sometimes the Creation Date of the linked record did not match the parent. An amendment has been done to ensure these dates are in sync.

Amended an error that was caused by uploading multiple file attachments at the same time.

Fixed an issue which prevented users with occupation-based access from seeing all fields in the record list.

Amended incorrect wording in the import wizard – from “…happen by selection an option…” to “…happen by selecting an option..”

A ‘Yes/No’ confirmation prompt for cancelling out of the Form Editor has been added. If there are unsaved changes and the user clicks ‘yes’ the form will be saved or if ‘no’ is clicked the changes will be discarded.

Fixed an issue in the Form Editor where groups were being duplicated when multiple groups were selected in “”Restrict audit log details to specific groups”.

Amendment to trim extra spaces from email addresses and prevent invalid email addresses from being imported in the integration process.
