For release on: 2/7/2020
Please note: The following release notes refer to planned amendments that are subject to final testing prior to being released.
Enhancements
-
- For integration jobs verify the advanced form editor privileges if roles have changed in any way for users. If changes have occurred to a user’s occupation or there is a change in roles in the occupation assigned to a user, then the advanced form editor privileges should be verified for the user.
- Training Matrix report has now been developed and implemented in the Dashboard – **major enhancement
- Add configuration options in Training Management (Administration), so that Completion Date, Scheduled Date and Expiry date can be configured for the Gap Analysis and Training Matrix reports.
- Improvements have been made to the Record Summary Notification:
-
-
-
- Remove the “Send Once option”
- Add the ability to specify the day of the week on which to send the notification
- The notification should include all records that are past the specified date on the Day/Time that the notification was triggered. If it is ‘On Date’ it should include all records that meet the conditions and are past the date in the date field. If it is Date – 4 weeks, it should show all records that meet the conditions and are past the date 4 weeks prior to the Date specified in the date field.
-
-
-
- REST – Support the Support Manager name in the API payload.
- In the record list, when clicking an unsorted date column, it should first be ordered in descending order, then ascending on the next click. It should be possible to change this programmatically for other columns, too.
- Dashboard – Ensure that archived hierarchies are not showing on the “Injury Free Days” widget
- Dashboard – Implement an “Export to Excel” function for the details window for dashboard widgets
Support Amendments
-
- Fix for an error thrown when clicking on any field in a new record notification. This error is triggered by not selecting the type of notification first.
- Amend issue with actions not linking to incident reports.
- Amendment to ensure that the correct grand score for questionnaire type fields is shown in the Dashboard widgets
- For mysh365, the hierarchy was not being written to the user record when new users were created. This has been corrected.
- Dashboard – For the Safety Performance Report widget, ensure that the month in title of the report reflects the correct time period. For example, if the time frame is selected as “Last 12 Months” in the dashboard filter, and the current date is early in the month, then the previous and not the current month should be reflected in the title.
- A default set of columns for the details window in widgets has been implemented which include the fields configured for the “All Forms” view and any additional fields configured for the individual widget such as hierarchy, status and date fields.
