Support Amendments
- Amendment to ensure that when the fields of a form are used as variables in an email template and the field captions end with a colon, the field values in the email will be displayed correctly.
- Deleted records will be excluded from the automatic versioning criteria duplication check.
- If Training Management is disabled in a schema, ensure that the “Report Tab” does not appear in the dashboard.
- Dashboard – Improve the logic used to display data when custom filters are set for columns widgets with a monthly frequency setting. The previous logic was excluding records which were within the selected date range.
- Dashboard – Fix an issue with hierarchy in v4.
- Stop unnecessary message relating to deleted workflow steps being shown in certain circumstances when saving a form in the form editor. The logic responsible for displaying this dialog has been amended and made more robust so that the message is only displayed when relevant, ie, only when there are linked notifications to a deleted workflow step and the message text has been amended to be more meaningful.
- The default values configured for risk rating fields will be automatically set with record creation.
- Deleted records will be excluded from the automatic versioning criteria duplication check.
- Amend issues with RECORLINK tables when the record is exported to Word. Any rows in the table with blank values were being moved to the bottom of the table when exported and rows with non-blank values were being moved up, putting the data out of sync. This has been corrected. The sort order applied to the RECORDLINK table in the record is also applied to the export.
