The following release notes refer to planned amendments that are subject to final testing prior to being released.

Enhancements

• When exporting a record to a word document that has a signature field, the signature is added as an image. The image size matches signature capture field dimensions.
• Options have been added to (1) Automatically create missing values and (2) Automatically create missing values and archive them for import of training records via the Scheduler. These options have been implemented to handle imports of historical training records data which often refer to old competencies that are not present in the new Viking schema. If either option is enabled, then while processing training records any unrecognised competency values should be automatically created (and archived if relevant). Only the competency name will be set – all other data will remain null and will need to be updated manually.
