The new myosh Bulk Xporter Function allows you to export records from within any myosh module. Each record is exported as an individual pdf document within a zip folder.
Exported files can include any linked records, for example, actions or hazards and also images. Once the download is complete, your pdf records are ready for distribution or printing, neatly contained in a zip file.
In this ‘Shed inspection, an image has been used to provide context for this particular question. On site, the supervisor has also included an image as part of his response.
A Linked Action is also included here. Other attachments are also included in the exported zip file.

- Provide a copy of all inspections conducted on a particular site to a third party
- Provide multiple training records to a contact outside your organisation

- The difference between the Export and the Bulk Xporter: The Export Function exports all records into one document (pdf, excel, csv or template). The Bulk Xporter creates a zip file containing separate pdf documents for each record.
- Up to 800 records can be Exported each time.
- A large export can run in the background while you continue to work.
