The following release notes refer to planned amendments that are subject to final testing prior to being released.
Enhancements
- A separate column for attachments that can be added separately into the record list is now available. It will list the file names of all attachments prefixed with a paperclip icon.
- Changes have been implemented to allow creation of training records directly from the Training Management tab of the user dialog. This can be achieved by clicking on one of the empty placeholder rows which will open a blank training record pre-filled with the name and competency. Saving the record will create a new training record and update the training management tab. Cancelling will close the dialog without making any changes.
- When a record is selected as a template in Scheduled Record creation it will now be copied and will still be available in the record list, instead of being removed as was previously the case. Any changes made to the template will not affect the existing record in the module. Additionally, the “Open” button is now enabled when a new schedule is being created. Clicking on this will open a blank record which can be edited and saved as a template.
Support Amendments
- Dashboard – Fix issue with training matrix reports being displayed as one day earlier than the actual date.
- The issue with user imports not allowing a mandatory external hierarchy column to be blank when the ‘External User’ column was set as FASE in the import spread sheet has been corrected.
- For MULTISELECTPERSONFIELD, ensure that the hint text entered into the form editor persists when the form is saved.
- Fix to ensure that template records do not show in notification badges and “My Activities”.
