The following release notes refer to planned amendments that are subject to final testing prior to being released.
Enhancements
- Record creation via rules engine will now apply automatic versioning logic so that a new version of the record is created if the version criteria is matched.
- Changes to allow a COMBOBOX to be added to Rules to set the value of a field in the target record. The values can be selected from the literal values of the COMBOBOX or from another COMBOBOX field, as long as the Lookup type is “None”.
Support Amendments
- In Administration -> Form Definition, change the position of the optional column selection to align with the default column selection in the Record List tab.
- When importing records to amend hierarchy values of existing records, blank hierarchy values in the import file will overwrite existing values in the hierarchy fields.
