The following release notes refer to planned amendments that are subject to final testing prior to being released.
Enhancements
- Improvements to how dates can be configured in DATEFIELDS in the Rules editor have been implemented. There are now options for “On Date”, “Date Plus” and “Date Minus”, (similar to date configuration for notifications). “On Date” allows a date to be set from the source form’s default value or the date actioned. “Date Plus” and “Date Minus” allow a number as the interval and the time unit (e.g. 2 days).
- Global search has been improved to return records on the match of a full name when it is specified as the search term.
- Changes to allow an OPTIONGROUP to be added to Rules to set the value of a field in the target record. The values can be selected from the literal values of the OPTIONGROUP or from another OPTIONGROUP field, as long as the Lookup type is “None”.
Support Amendments
- When an attachment is removed from a QUESTIONNAIRE field it will also be removed from the “Attachments” section of the record, provided it is not being referenced by any other QUESTIONNAIRE fields.
- For COMBOBOX and MULTISELECTFIELD types with “Lookup Type” configured as “From a specified record” or “From a Record matched by a field value”, prevent archived values in the associated OPTIONBUILDER fields from being listed as options.
- Fix issue which prevented Groups in the record clone wizard from showing as expected when PERSONFIELD lookup was set to ‘users with the same value in the hierarchy type’.
