The following release notes refer to planned amendments that are subject to final testing prior to being released.
Enhancements
- When adding RECORDLINKs to a form and checking the option to “Set fields on the new record”, it is now possible to populate DATEFIELDs on the child form by selecting variables from the parent form. There are options for “On Date”, “Date Plus” and “Date Minus”, (similar to date configuration for notifications). “On Date” allows a date to be set from the parent form’s default value or the date actioned. “Date Plus” and “Date Minus” allow a number as the interval and the time unit (e.g. 2 days).
Support Amendments
- Amendment to ensure the configuration of “Restrict audit log details to specific groups” field in In Form Definition -> Access Control is enforced. When there are no groups selected, there should be no restrictions as to who can view audit logs for a record. When there are groups selected, only the users of those groups should be able to view the record Audit Logs.
- Ensure that the record list export to Excel contains values of TIMEFIELDs.
- Fix error experienced when performing a name update which prevented the update from being processed.
